Our Process

Lets meet on site for site inspection for preliminary due diligence, site considerations and budget estimate.

DESIGN CONCEPT PLANS

We’ve come up with a hassle free design process in which all of the things you need to consider are simple. We provide a preliminary agreement which allows us to act on your behalf looking after all the tough and time consuming bits (like liaising with council) prior to commencement of works.

PLANNING & HOW MUCH?

Once project inclusions & working drawings have been finalised a formal quotation will be provided. (Unless you prefer to undertake the work on a cost plus basis, we are happy to put forward our conditions for this also)

APPROVAL & CONTRACTS

On acceptance of quotation, the building contract is prepared for you to sign. A timeline is created and a start date arranged. Progress then moves to submission of all working drawings, engineering details, energy efficiency assessments, building specifications and any other documentation as required to relevant approval organisations.

SIMPLE HAUS APPROVALS ARE NORMALLY 'COMPLIANT DEVELOPMENTS' AVAILABLE TO BE CERTIFIED WITHIN 14 DAYS

THE EXCITING BIT

Construction commences. We work to a scheduled timeline, providing regular updates throughout the construction process. We ensure quality standards are met and that the workmanship complies to our exacting requirements.

COMPLETION & CORK POPPING

A 'final walkthrough' is completed and our extensive checklist is undertaken to ensure you are satisfied with all aspects of your home.

MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY

Our commitment to you is that your completed home is covered by a 16 week maintenance period and backed by a 7 year structural warranty.
